TRX Training - Drop in / Plus member class

Fridays 9:00 - 9:45 am / starts Feb 03

TRX suspension Training is a full body strength workout that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core strength simultaneously.  The trainer leverages gravity and body weight giving plenty of options for modifications.  It is very low impact and safe for all fitness levels.

TRX and Spin - Registration class

Saturdays 8:45 - 10:15 am / Feb 04 - Mar 11

This class will include a mix of cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength training focusing on a variety of drills on the spin bike and exercises with the TRX Suspension Trainer.  Indoor cycling and the TRX are both very low impact equipment and are perfect for all fitness levels.  By combining 45 minutes of cardio drills and 45 minutes of full-body strength exercises, this class will leave you feeling invigorated and accomplished!
